测定意义

S-UE能够水解尿素,产生氨和碳酸。土壤脲酶活性与土壤的微生物数量、有机物质含量、全氮和速效氮含量呈正相关。土壤脲酶活性反应了土壤的氮素状况。

测定原理

利用靛酚蓝比色法测定脲酶水解尿素产生的NH3-N。

需自备的仪器和用品

可见分光光度计、水浴锅、可调式移液器、1mL玻璃比色皿、研钵、冰、甲苯(不允许快递)和蒸馏水。

Q:土壤脲酶试剂盒是需要丙酮溶液吗?
